Lively Chiropractic Refund Policy

At Lively Chiropractic, we strive to ensure our patients are satisfied with the care and services they receive. Because we operate as a cash-based clinic offering affordable, pay-as-you-go services and memberships, the following refund policy applies:

Single Services & Appointments

Payments for individual chiropractic visits, therapies, and recovery sessions (e.g., EMS, cupping, shockwave, NormaTec) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact us in advance to reschedule. No-shows or missed appointments may not be eligible for credit or rescheduling at no charge, depending on demand and availability.

Unused visits from prepaid packages (e.g., 6-visit or 12-visit plans) may be eligible for a refund for the remaining balance, minus the regular per-visit rate for any sessions already used.
Packages are valid only for the timeframe indicated at purchase (e.g., 6 months or 12 months from the purchase date).

Memberships may be canceled at any time. Services not used during the monthly billing cycle do not roll over.
Partial refunds are not issued for unused services within the month after payment has been processed. To avoid future charges, please notify us before the next billing cycle.

Unopened retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or store credit.
Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

New patient specials and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds will not be issued for discounted or bundled promotional services once any portion of the offer has been redeemed.
